A simple guide to DShario’s card, connection, collaboration and AI-assisted features.

DShario Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you create an account or use DShario. Features may continue to be improved as the service develops.

1. The service

DShario provides digital card and purpose-based sharing, saved connections, opportunities and follow-ups, profiles, supported content sharing, Meeting Minutes, notifications, My Interests / AI Watch and optional PWA installation. Selected functions use artificial intelligence or external data/services.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and take reasonable care of activity through your account. DShario is intended for adult/professional use and is not designed for children.

3. Your information and sharing choices

You decide what information to add to My Card and My Profile and which available sharing option to use. A recipient may copy, save, screenshot, forward or download information you make accessible. Expiry or revocation can stop future access through DShario where supported but cannot recall a copy already obtained by a recipient.

4. Connections, opportunities and follow-ups

My Connections, notes, opportunities, reminders and AI-assisted follow-up tools are organisational aids. You remain responsible for deciding whether, when and how to contact another person and for ensuring communications are lawful and appropriate.

5. Documents and shared content

You must have the right and authority to upload or share every file. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, confidential information you are not authorised to disclose, or unnecessary highly sensitive information. File types, sizes and service limits may change.

6. Meeting Minutes, recording and consent

You are responsible for obtaining any consent or permission required before recording a meeting or processing another person’s voice or information. DShario may transcribe recorded audio and use AI to help generate summaries, decisions and action items. AI and transcription can be inaccurate, so review and correct the record before relying on or sharing it.

7. Meeting sharing and downloads

Share via DShario can create a recipient-side copy for collaboration. External Copy Link sharing can provide a read-only meeting document with Word/PDF download options. A person who receives or downloads meeting content may retain a copy outside DShario.

8. AI-assisted features and AI Watch

AI-generated profiles, follow-up text, meeting outputs and AI Watch summaries or relevance results are assistance, not guaranteed facts or professional advice. AI Watch may use your chosen interests, keywords and public-source information to identify potentially relevant updates. Sources and AI output can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate; review important information at its original source before acting on it.

9. Notifications

DShario may provide in-app notifications for supported events such as received Meeting Minutes, reminders/follow-ups and AI Watch updates. Notifications are a convenience and may be delayed or unavailable; do not rely on DShario as the sole method for time-critical alerts.

10. Subscription and access

DShario currently provides testing access to its features and payment/feature locking is not active. The planned subscription model keeps My Card creation/editing, QR/link card sharing and basic account/security in Free access, while DShario Premium is planned for the wider connection, AI Follow-Up, AI Profile Writer, Shared Content, Meeting Minutes, AI Watch and future premium features. Prices, billing terms and activation details must be shown before any paid subscription is charged.

11. Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of content you provide and give DShario permission to process, store and display it as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request. Do not impersonate others, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, misuse personal information, harass people, distribute malicious material, attempt unauthorised access or use DShario for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.

12. Third-party services

DShario relies on third-party infrastructure, AI/API providers and public information sources for selected functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices, and availability can depend on external providers, networks, quotas and source availability.

13. Availability, data and backups

DShario does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, limits and storage arrangements may change. Keep independent copies of information or documents that are important to you.

14. Deletion, revocation and retained copies

Where DShario provides deletion or revocation controls, they affect DShario’s available copy or future access as described in the interface. They cannot erase copies another person has already downloaded, copied, exported or stored elsewhere. Some operational, security or legal records may need to be retained.

15. Legal rights and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for their sharing decisions, content and independent use of information obtained through DShario.

16. Changes, governing law and contact

These Terms may be updated as DShario changes; the latest update date will be displayed here. These Terms are governed by laws applicable in South Australia, Australia, subject to mandatory laws that apply elsewhere. For support or legal questions, use DShario’s official contact channel identified by the service.

DShario Privacy Policy

This policy describes the personal information DShario may handle when you use its card, connection, collaboration and AI-assisted features. DShario is developed in Australia and may be used by people in other countries.

1. Information DShario may handle

Depending on the features you use, DShario may handle account/authentication details; My Card and My Profile information; profile images and links; sharing choices and tokens; saved connections and connection history; notes, opportunities, reminders and follow-up information; documents you choose to share; meeting titles, participants, dates, duration, audio submitted for transcription, transcripts, summaries, decisions, action items, revision/activity history and meeting-share links; AI Watch areas, interests, keywords, update results, saved/dismissed status and related notification status; subscription/access status; and technical/service information needed to operate and secure DShario.

2. Why information is used

DShario uses information to authenticate users; create and share cards/profiles; save and manage connections; support opportunities, reminders and follow-ups; process user-requested documents; transcribe meetings; generate AI-assisted profiles, follow-up text and meeting minutes; run user-created AI Watches and surface relevant updates; provide in-app notifications; create downloads and sharing links; maintain revision/activity records; manage feature access; provide security and troubleshooting; and operate and improve the service.

3. User-directed sharing

DShario is built around deliberate sharing. You choose the information and available sharing method. Recipients may be able to copy, download, screenshot, save or forward information you share. Expiry, deletion or revocation can stop future DShario access where supported, but cannot recall a copy already obtained outside DShario.

4. My Card, My Profile and My Connections

My Card and My Profile are separate. Profile information is not added to My Card automatically. If Profile Sharing is enabled, a recipient may be offered a separate View Profile action. When a recipient saves a DShario connection, DShario can keep the latest saved view as the active connection and retain limited history information needed for the connection experience.

5. Opportunities, notes, reminders and follow-ups

Information you add about a saved connection, opportunity, reminder or follow-up is stored to provide those organisational features. AI-assisted follow-up text should be reviewed by you before it is used or sent.

6. Documents and shared content

DShario may store or process documents you intentionally upload for supported sharing features. Access may be controlled by the sharing method you choose. A recipient may retain a downloaded copy even after DShario access expires or is revoked.

7. Meeting recordings, transcription and AI minutes

When you use Meeting Minutes, recorded audio may be sent for transcription and the resulting transcript may be processed to generate AI-assisted summaries, decisions and action items. DShario may store meeting information you save, including relevant revisions/activity and sharing information. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent or authority before recording or submitting other people’s information.

8. My Interests / AI Watch

When you create a Watch, DShario may store the area, interest, keywords/criteria and Watch status you choose. DShario may use those details with external AI/API services and public information sources to look for relevant updates. Update summaries, source information, timestamps and your Save/Dismiss/read choices may be stored so the Watch can operate and avoid unnecessary duplication.

9. AI-assisted processing

Selected DShario functions use external AI/API services. Information submitted to an AI-assisted feature may be sent to the relevant provider to produce the requested result. AI output can be inaccurate. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information and review generated content before relying on or sharing it.

10. Notifications

DShario may store notification records and read/unread status to provide in-app alerts for supported events, including received Meeting Minutes, reminders/follow-ups and AI Watch updates. Notification availability can depend on the browser, device, network and service status.

11. Service providers, storage and overseas processing

DShario uses Supabase for authentication and backend database/storage functions, web-hosting infrastructure to deliver the application, and external AI/API services for selected AI, transcription and update-checking functions. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia or outside the user’s country. Providers process information as needed to provide their services, subject to their applicable arrangements.

12. Subscription information

DShario may store a user’s plan or feature-access status. Payment collection and feature locking are not active in the current testing version. If paid subscriptions are activated, DShario will update its checkout information and privacy disclosures as necessary before collecting payment information.

13. Security

DShario uses authenticated access controls and database/storage access policies for supported features. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong unique password, share deliberately and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

14. Access, correction and deletion

Users can review, edit or delete information through available DShario controls where provided. Some account/backend requests may require assistance. Deleting information from DShario does not delete copies another person has already stored independently or information a third-party provider must retain under its own lawful obligations.

15. Retention

DShario retains information while reasonably needed to provide the features you use and for legitimate operational, security or legal purposes. Temporary/revocable access follows the status of the relevant sharing mechanism. Saved Watch updates, meeting history and connection history remain until removed through available controls or otherwise deleted under applicable retention practices.

16. Children and sensitive information

DShario is intended for adult/professional use and is not designed for children. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, health information or other highly sensitive material unless a feature expressly supports that information with appropriate safeguards.

17. Privacy questions and complaints

For privacy questions, access/correction/deletion requests or complaints, use DShario’s official contact channel identified by the service. DShario will review privacy requests and complaints and respond as appropriate under applicable law.

18. Changes

This policy will be updated when DShario’s features, providers or information-handling practices materially change. The latest update date will be displayed here.
